Effect of some factors on birth weight of Konya Merino (KM) and Hampshire x KM, German Blackhead Mutton Sheep x KM and Lincoln x KM crossbred (F1) lambs

Özet
In this research, the effects of dam age and year of birth, birth type, sex and genotypes of lams on birth weight of purebred and crossbred lambs were investigated. The least square means of birth weight were 4.208,4.765,4.700 and 4.950 kg for purebred Konya Merino (KM) and Hampshire x KM, German Blackhead Mutton Sheep x KM and Lincoln x KM crossbred (F1) respectively. The effects of all factors on birth weight was significant (P<0.01 ).
