Intracoronal Devital Bleaching Of Permanent Teeth: 3 Case Reports

Dental discoloration is an aesthetic problem that often needs to be corrected, especially in anterior teeth. Although there are solutions such as crown and laminate restorations for teeth that are usually discolored due to trauma, endodontic treatment or pulp necrosis; successful treatment can be achieved with more conservative, less costly and easier-to-apply bleaching methods compared to other treatment methods. In this clinical case report; 2-year results of intracoronal devital bleaching treatments using sodium perborate bleaching agent in three patients with anterior teeth exposed to discoloration after endodontic treatment are presented.
